Business Development Director
Capital Partners is seeking a Business Development Director to expand sponsor and investor relationships. You'll identify and develop new business opportunities, build sponsor networks, and create pipelines for debt and equity opportunities. This role is ideal for experienced professionals with strong networks and track record in business development.

Requirements
You'll identify and qualify prospective sponsors and capital sources. You'll conduct discovery meetings and needs assessments. You'll develop relationships with sponsor networks and capital providers. You'll create pipeline of potential opportunities and maintain CRM system.
You'll prepare business development materials and presentations. You'll attend industry events and conferences. You'll coordinate with senior advisors to pitch Capital Partners' services. You'll track BD metrics and report on pipeline development.
Experience
You have 7-10 years of business development, sales, or sponsorship experience in real estate or capital markets. You have strong networks in the commercial real estate industry. You have excellent communication and presentation skills.
You're results-oriented and comfortable with sales metrics. You're organized and capable of managing complex business development cycles. You work well independently and as part of a team. You're strategic in identifying high-potential opportunities.
