Client Relations Specialist
Capital Partners seeks a Client Relations Specialist to manage ongoing sponsor and investor relationships. You'll serve as primary point of contact for clients, coordinate communication, manage inquiries, and ensure exceptional client experience.

Requirements
You'll manage client relationships and serve as primary point of contact for assigned sponsors or investors. You'll respond to inquiries and requests in timely manner. You'll coordinate with internal teams to address client needs. You'll maintain client databases and contact information.
You'll prepare client communications including updates, reports, and market insights. You'll coordinate client meetings and calls. You'll track client feedback and identify improvement opportunities. You'll manage client onboarding for new relationships.
You'll prepare materials for client presentations. You'll coordinate event attendance and networking opportunities. You'll provide administrative support to client management team. You'll handle client complaints and resolution.
Experience
You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. You have 2-4 years of client relations, account management, or customer service experience. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You're organized and detail-oriented. You're proactive and anticipate client needs. You work well under pressure and meet deadlines. You have strong problem-solving skills. You're professional and represents firm well.
