Investiment Analyst
Capital Partners is seeking an Investment Analyst to support our capital deployment team. You'll evaluate investment opportunities, conduct market analysis, and support investment decision-making for sponsors and capital sources. This role offers direct exposure to institutional capital markets and real estate finance.

Requirements
You will analyze potential investments across debt and equity opportunities, reviewing financial models and underwriting assumptions. You'll conduct market research on real estate trends, competitive positioning, and capital availability across different asset classes and geographies.
You'll support due diligence on prospective deals, including financial analysis, legal review, and risk assessment.
You'll prepare investment summaries and presentations for internal review and investor communication. You'll maintain deal tracking systems and databases, ensuring accurate information flow. You'll coordinate with external advisors including accountants, attorneys, and market specialists.
You'll support senior analysts in transaction execution from analysis through close.
Experience
You have a bachelor's degree in finance, economics, real estate, or related field. You have 2-4 years of experience in real estate, investment banking, or capital markets. You have strong financial modeling skills in Excel and comfort with complex spreadsheets. You're proficient in market research tools and databases.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You're organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects.
You work well independently and as part of a team. You're curious about capital markets and eager to learn.
