Operations Associate
Capital Partners seeks an Operations Associate to support our day-to-day business operations. You'll coordinate transactions, manage documentation, coordinate communications, and support all aspects of deal execution. This entry-level role is ideal for someone starting a career in commercial real estate or capital markets.

Requirements
You'll manage deal-related documentation including loan agreements, partnership agreements, and closing documents. You'll coordinate between teams and external parties to ensure smooth transaction flow. You'll maintain deal tracking systems and organize transaction files.
You'll assist with event coordination and sponsor relationship activities. You'll prepare materials for meetings and presentations. You'll conduct research on market conditions, capital availability, and lender requirements. You'll provide administrative support to senior team members.
You'll help with marketing and business development efforts. You'll support client relationship management and follow-up activities. You'll identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Experience
You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. You have strong organizational and project management skills. You're detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks. You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
You're proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word). You're comfortable learning new systems and software. You work well in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. You're a self-starter who takes initiative.
Nice to have
Familiarity with real estate terminology
Event coordination experience
Experience with CRM or database management
Real estate or finance internship background
