Portfolio Manager
Capital Partners seeks an experienced Portfolio Manager to oversee and optimize sponsor portfolios. You'll work directly with institutional sponsors to manage capital stack strategy, coordinate refinancing initiatives, and identify value-creation opportunities across multiple properties.

Requirements
You'll manage ongoing relationships with 10-15 institutional sponsors, serving as primary point of contact for portfolio strategy. You'll develop and execute capital optimization strategies including refinancing, debt restructuring, and equity placement. You'll coordinate with lenders, equity partners, and advisors to execute capital initiatives.
You'll analyze portfolio performance, identify refinancing opportunities, and model different capital scenarios. You'll prepare quarterly portfolio reviews and strategic recommendations for sponsors. You'll monitor loan covenants, lease expirations, and market changes that impact portfolio strategy.
You'll identify and coordinate value-add opportunities across sponsor portfolios. You'll manage deal flow from initial opportunity through execution. You'll maintain accurate portfolio data and reporting systems.
Experience
You have a bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, business, or related field. You have 5-8 years of experience in real estate portfolio management, commercial real estate finance, or institutional investment management. You have strong relationships with lenders and capital sources.
You have excellent Excel and financial modeling skills. You have experience managing complex capital structures. You're skilled at relationship management and stakeholder communication. You're organized and capable of managing multiple portfolios simultaneously.
